2024年7月19日（金）に開催した、「認定NPO法人 虹色ダイバーシティ 11周年！活動報告会」のレポートをお届けします！

認定NPO法人虹色ダイバーシティは、2024年7月26日(金)に法人化から11周年を迎えました。
これまで虹色ダイバーシティの活動を支えてくださった皆様に感謝の気持ちをお伝えするとともに、11周年を一緒に祝福する機会として、7月19日(金)に大阪で活動報告会を実施いたしました。その活動報告会のイベントレポートをお届けします。

会場はプライドセンター大阪の大川を挟んで対岸にある「川の駅はちけんや」です。
活動報告会は18時に開始しました。
日中の猛暑は若干和らいだ気がするけれど、でもやっぱりまだまだ暑い！そんな中での幕開けです。
最初に、虹色ダイバーシティスタッフの自己紹介を行いました。東京スタッフ、大阪スタッフ、学生インターンの計9名が挨拶し、虹色ダイバーシティでの活動について話しました。

スタッフの自己紹介が終わると早速、「乾杯！」からの食事＆交流タイムに突入です。
今回お食事を提供してくださったのは、プライドセンター大阪の近くのメキシコ料理店「THE 9X　OSAKA(ザ ナインエックス オオサカ)」さん。とても美味しいメキシコ料理を堪能しながらスタッフや参加者同士で交流を深めました。

食事もだいぶ進んだタイミングで、理事長の村木から「虹色ダイバーシティ11周年の歩み」と題し、虹色ダイバーシティのこれまでの活動や今後の展望についてお伝えしました。デスク１つからスタートし、今では2フロア借りられるまでになったこと、皆さんの寄付により団体が成長したことなど、11年間の簡単な歴史を、活動を支えてくださっている皆様と共に振り返りました。

ここで、スタッフ主催の「虹ダイBINGO」を実施！（※虹ダイとは虹色ダイバーシティの略）
会場内を歩き回り、出会った人とお互いに自己紹介をしながらビンゴカードのマスを埋めていくという、なんとも斬新なビンゴゲーム。参加者の皆様と、虹色ダイバーシティのスタッフも加わり、ゲームを通じた交流を楽しみました。ビンゴの景品は、デスクに飾れるミニサイズのレインボーフラッグ！皆さん続々とビンゴになって、景品をゲットしていました。

ビンゴゲームで大いに盛り上がったところで、再び村木より、クラウドファンディングの報告を行いました。「すべての若者が生きやすい未来を。大阪のLGBTQセンターを中高生の学びの場に！」というスローガンのもと、虹色ダイバーシティ初の試みとして、2024年5月17日（金）〜6月30日（日）の期間に開催したクラウドファンディングでした。皆様の温かいご支援・ご協力のおかげで無事目標を達成することができた旨を述べ、プロジェクト内容の説明と、寄付してくださった方々へのお礼を申し上げました。

次に、「プライドセンター大阪の今までとこれから」というテーマで、プライドセンター大阪マネージャーの長野よりセンターの紹介と、5月に開催したプライド・クルーズ大阪2024の報告を行いました。また、プライドセンター大阪スタッフよりセンターで実施されたイベントについての報告と説明を行いました。

続いてファンドレイザーの高井より、参加者の皆様に向けて虹色ダイバーシティへの継続寄付の呼びかけを行いました。寄付封筒での単発寄付についても説明し、熱心に寄付への協力を呼びかけました。

活動報告会もいよいよ終盤。参加者の方々数名に、報告会の感想を話していただきました。このイベントを楽しんでくれたことや、虹色ダイバーシティへの力強い応援メッセージをお聞きすることができ、大変励みになりました。

最後に、スタッフ１人1人が「今後、虹色ダイバーシティで実現したいこと」を一言ずつ紹介し、イベントの締めくくりへ。皆さん、とても一言では収まらない！とばかりに、熱い思いを語ってくれました。虹色ダイバーシティの今後のさらなる躍進に期待が高まりますね。

皆様のご支援のおかげで、虹色ダイバーシティはここまで活動を続けることができました。心より感謝申し上げます。共に設立1１周年をお祝いできたこと、大変嬉しく思っています。暑い中会場に足を運んでくださった皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

【Event Report】　Nijiiro Diversity 11-year Anniversary! Activity reporting Event

We are happy to give you a report on our 11-year Anniversary & Activity Reporting event, held on Friday, July 19^th, 2024.

Nijiiro Diversity celebrated its 11th anniversary since its establishment as a legal nonprofit organization on July 26^th, 2013.
We hosted an activity reporting event in Osaka to share our gratitude to those who have supported our work and to celebrate the anniversary together on Friday, July 19^th. Here is our report on the activity reporting event.

The venue was “River Station Hachikenya”, located on the other side of the River Okawa from Pride Centre Osaka. The event started at 6 pm.

Although the intense heat during the day had cooled down a bit, it was still so hot when it started! To begin, 9 staff members of Nijiiro Diversity, including staff from the Tokyo office, Osaka office and student interns introduced themselves and talked briefly about the activities of Nijiiro Diversity.

After the self-introduction of staff, we dove right into eating & chatting time with a toast to kick off. The delicious food was catered by a Mexican restaurant “THE 9X OSAKA” near Pride Centre Osaka. We deepened our connections among staff and participants while enjoying tasty Mexican food.

As the meal was underway, our director Muraki spoke about the history of our organization and our future prospects as “The 11-year journey of Nijiiro Diversity”. It was very touching to look back on the past 11 years with the people who have supported us, starting from a single desk and evolving into renting two floors, all thanks to the support and donations from everyone.

Then, as entertainment, the staff hosted a mini-game called “Nijiiro Diversity BINGO”!
Participants walked around the venue with a bingo card, introducing themselves to others that they bumped into until they could fill in a row with names. Guests and staff all played together and enjoyed the interaction throughout the game. Everyone earned a miniature rainbow flag that can be displayed on desks, as a completion treat!

After we all enjoyed the bingo game, our director Muraki reported on the crowd funding campaign. Using the slogan of “To a future where all youth can live happily; Making the LGBTQ centre in Osaka a learning space for students!”, Nijiiro Diversity held a crowd funding campaign for the first time from Friday, May 17^th, 2024 to Sunday, June 30^th, 2024. Thanks to everyone’s warm support and cooperation, we could proudly announce that the campaign successfully reached its goal. With much gratitude to those who made donations, we provided explanation on the project.

Next, with the theme “The past and future of Pride Centre Osaka”, our Manager of Pride Centre Osaka, Nagano, introduced the centre and reported on the Pride Cruise Osaka 2024 event held in May. Additionally, one of our staff at Pride Centre Osaka provided reports and explanations about the events held at the centre.

Next, our fundraiser, Takai, passionately appealed to the participants for continuous donations. In addition, an explanation was provided for one-time donations via donation envelopes.

As the activity reporting event reached its final stage, we gathered some impressions from a few participants. Hearing that they enjoyed the event and gave strong messages of support for Nijiiro Diversity was very encouraging.
Finally, every staff introduced their goal they want to achieve in Nijiiro Diversity passionately and we concluded the event.

Nijiiro Diversity has been able to continue our efforts thanks to the support from all of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are very happy to celebrate our 11^th anniversary with many of our supporters. Thank you all for coming to the event despite the hot summer weather. We wish to continue to expand the circle of support and cooperation with our supporters and partners.
